Energy experts are still working to identify what led to the “perfect storm”, including the vast amount of power Texas pipeline operators have compared to the rest of the country, reports the Houston Chronicle.
This power, some argue, is why customers are left with a $3.6 billion bill, while two of Texas’ pipeline companies made a $3.4 billion profit during the storm.
