Automaker Toyota has announced that it is investing $9.3 million into solar energy projects to be developed in Alabama, Missouri and West Virginia, according to PR Newswire. These projects will total 10.8 acres of solar arrays producing 4.95MW of electricity, and will join similar projects at Toyota plants in Texas and Mississippi.
