In a rare move, the White House on March 24 publicly released the identities of three Russian hackers who attacked the Wolf Creek nuclear power plant in Burlington, Kansas. Experts speculate the move is an intentional warning to those in Russia who may be planning more attacks on the U.S. critical infrastructure, reports Flatland.
