Presidential candidate Joe Biden is adding on to his climate change agenda with a new $2 trillion clean energy and infrastructure plan, according to E&E News.
The plan includes many ambitious goals, such as completely eliminating fossil fuels from the nation’s energy portfolio in the next 15 years, and the creation of a new “Environmental and Climate Justice Division” at the Justice Department to prosecute companies for pollution that affects minorities.
